Our Commitment to Privacy

We are committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy regarding the collection and use of your personal information. Personal Information may be collected from your Account and Application, any updated information you may provide us from time to time, and the banking transactions processed through your Account. Our collection of your personal information is designed to protect access to your Accounts and to assist us in providing you with the services you want and agree to. All personal information collected and stored by PP, is used for specific business purposes to protect and administer your account and transactions.

We do not share your data with anyone. The only data shared is to complete a service you requested. All personal data is used to prepare forms, applications and share communication. All card data is used to process the payment transaction/s. We comply with (PCI) regulations and guidelines to ensure security of card data.


We comply with all state and federal regulations. We limit access to your accounts and personal information. Your personal information is confidential and only used to prepare and manage the new student loan program offered by the DOE. Upon completion of your new student loan program, we retain your records for a period of X.

PP adheres to compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). PP does not conduct unsolicited advertisements or unsolicited calls. We only make solicited calls prior to obtaining written consent via a website form. Permission obtained via an email, website form, text message, telephone key press, or voice recording, as provided in the E-SIGN Act, will suffice as prior express written consent.

Terms of Use

Upon receipt of all information from the student and our PP contract and Payment Terms have been agreed to and signed, PP will analyze your current situation and begin to gather corresponding materials for the application. From the information provided by the student/client, PP will review with the student the outstanding student loans and other education related loans. PP will evaluate and recommend the best consolidation programs available for the student/client. Once the student decide which program they choose, PP will prepare to file. PP will than communicate with the loan servicers, consolidation departments and monitor the application process.

Cancellation Policy

The student/client may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the application being approved for the federal student loan consolidation or any other federal student loan related adjustment or program and receive a full refund. The student/client may cancel our services for any reason within (5) days of signing the agreement. Prestigious Processing may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the application being approved for the federal student loan consolidation or any other federal student loan related adjustment or program if the student/client does not represent truthful and honest actions during the process.

Refund Policy

If you cancel within the time period, PP or its representative will return any payment/s made by you under the agreement terms within (5) days of PP receiving the cancelation notice. The student/client must send PP Cancelation Notice form via email:[email protected] or fax: (714) 333-4772, or mail to: PP customer service, 222 South Harbor Blvd, suite 740, Anaheim, California 92805

Once PP completes its document preparation services and sends documents to the Student/Client for signatures, Student/Client shall not be entitled to a refund unless the Student/Client is not approved though the DOE or if Client requests such cancellation within their state statutory cancellation right.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U. S. Department of Education. You may of course try to complete your application yourself without any fee (loanconsolidation.ed.gov). The results could be the very same, or they might be different. However, our services are private and we focus our attention to Student Loan applications, proper documentation, comprehensive research and consistent communication to achieve positive results for you. The nominal fee for our services is like paying a tax preparer. You could prepare your tax returns yourself, however most of us pay an expert to ensure they are done correct the first time. Our document preparation fee is disclosed to the client, in writing, before any billing is performed.
